A: Yes, spares are available and CE branches do have a workshop and repair technicians to assist you if required.

A: All CE Mobility’s products have a “Carry in guarantee” , This guarantee excludes abuse and general wear and tear. The walkers come with a 12 month guarantee.
Q: Is it height adjustable?
A: Yes, the handles are height adjustable and ensure that you are able to walk upright and safely
Q: Will my medical aid pay?
A: Yes, a CE sales consultant will gladly assist you in getting the claim processed. Some medical funds, do have exclusions. Please check with your fund directly to confirm Appliance benefits.
Q: What height should my walker be set at
A: Set your walker at a height that is most comfortable for you. A good guide is that the handle should be in line with your wrist with a slight angle in your elbow. Set at a height that encourages am upright posture.
