Q: What batteries does my wheelchair use?
A: Your CE Power will come with 2x 36amp batteries
Q: Can It be folded and go in a car?
A: Yes, although not light, the batteries can be removed and the chair does fold , making it possible to put into a vehicle.
Q: What Guarantee does it come with?
A: The CE Power comes with a 1 years guarantee , this excludes , water , impact and damage due to negligence/abuse, as well as, bearings ,tyres and general wear and tear
Q: Are spares available?
A: Yes, the CE power chair is manufactured in JHB and all the parts are available. We do have technicians on site that will be able to repair your wheelchair.
Q: Will my medical aid pay?
A: This depends entirely on your medical aid and plan type, you will need to contact your medical aid to find out what your wheelchair/appliance benefits are.
Q: How long will my batteries last?
A: Your Batteries could last 3 months-3 years, this depends entirely on usage. Someone that uses the chair daily as a “car” will typically have less use out the batteries than someone that uses the chair to get around shopping centers etc.
Q: How is the CE Power different to the Rainbow Power?
A: The CE Power is supplied with height adjustable armrest, Tension adjustable backrest, higher ground clearance, motors imported from the UK and the VR2 control box and joystick system. (compared to Standard armrest and backrest, VSI combined control box and joystick system.
